Weekly Work out Roundup: Sept 15-22

I am a day late! I was a little tired yesterday since I had a 10k race. Be on the look out for that race recap tomorrow. But overall I am officially out of my runners funk. I am so happy. Literally happy. I realized the less I work out the more grumpy and feel gross. But it is a new week and I am so happy to get to the gym and do some biking tonight. Until then here is my weekly round up!



Sunday: rest.

Monday: Joined LA Fitness


Tuesday: Free training session with Joey at LA Fitness

Wednesday: 4 mile run at Fit2Run (5:1 intervals) 

Thursday: rest

Friday: ZUMBA (Wait for this recap you will die!) 


Saturday: Rest

Sunday: 10k Race (6.2 mile run) 



WOW! I feel like a rock star. Can't wait until nexts week weekly round up! I LOVE seeing I am not lazy! Bye Bye Runners Funk! BOOM!
